Technology rollouts, owned past go-live.

Installation is one day on site. Deployment is everything that makes that day work, and everything after it. We plan, stage, install, and validate your technology at every location, then keep it running.

The process

How a rollout runs

  1. 1

    Plan

Site surveys, scope, schedule, and a standard build for every location type. Pilot sites go first, so the lessons carry into every wave after.

  2. 2

    Stage

Equipment is procured, configured, and asset-tagged before it ships. Technicians arrive to install, not troubleshoot.

  3. 3

    Ship

Each kit reaches its site on schedule, matched to the install date and the technician.

  4. 4

    Install

On-site technical leads and field technicians work from one scope and one checklist, scheduled around your operating hours.

  5. 5

    Cut over

Circuits, phones, and network go live in a set window, with a rollback plan ready.

  6. 6

    Test and validate

Every site is tested against the design and closed out with photos and as-built documentation.

The difference

Why PGT for deployment

Most rollouts are split between a project manager, a staging vendor, local installers, and the carriers. Every gap between them becomes a missed date at one of your sites. We run all of it: 5,000 field technicians, on-site technical leads, and PMP-certified project managers who own the schedule and chase every carrier turn-up.

When a site passes validation, it moves into PGT Managed Services with its documentation and configurations, so our Network Operations Center monitors it from day one. No new vendor, no handoff.
